Kathryne Carr 

Kathryne “Kathy” Carr (1955-2015) was a vibrant life force in all she did. In the entrepreneurial world she gave generously of her spirit and experience; held a high expectation of integrity; and shared her boundless faith in those who innovate.

She always offered her time and experiences, good and bad, to those in the i.Lab and University community. She was no different with her family and friends.

Throughout her career, she relentlessly applied her natural ability to see how the collaborative sum of talent and ideas can improve the pace of development and success of all entrepreneurs.

Jack Ross: Jack has a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Virginia. While attending UVA, Jack was a Rodman, IBM Watson, and Glenn Kirwin Scholar. Jack was awarded the Virginia STEM Award by Governor Ralph Northam for his work co-founding Beanstalk.

Mike Ross: Mike serves as Beanstalk’s CEO. He has a Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace Engineering with a focus on advanced rotorcraft propulsion from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Recently, Mike was an adjunct lecturer at the University of Virginia teaching internet scale application development and artificial intelligence.
